Neil Ford and Matthew Crewe
Neil is responsible for Green’s aftermarket services including repairs, servicing, inspections and installations. This is one of the fastest growing parts of Green’s business with an expanding team of highly skilled personnel available for global mobilisation 365 days a year. Neil has a wealth of experience in providing energy efficient boiler systems and support services to companies around the world and previously worked at companies including Hamworthy and JBC.
Matthew manages Green’s, working closely with all departments to ensure that our customers get what they require, being the right specification, quality and on time. Whilst spending time developing our business in different markets, working with our busy sales and engineering teams, Matthew also sits on the quality, health and safety teams for both Green’s site and factory operations. His background lies in engineered and industrial products, working previously within KPMG’s corporate finance team.
Optimising heat recovery in EfW and biomass boilers
With EfW and biomass power plant operators’ agendas firmly focused on controlling costs, improving efficiency and increasing sustainability; recovering waste heat and reusing it to cut energy usage is a proven method to help achieve these objectives. Green’s will outline how to design and build an optimal waste heat recovery system and how this has benefited plants including Drax, Tyseley EFW, LondonEnergy, Amagervaerket CHP, Jersey Waste, Viridor and Coventry Waste.
