Helen leads our renewable energy work at Carbon Smart. She works with organisations of all sizes and across multiple sectors to identify investment-ready energy and carbon saving opportunities.
Helen studied Physics at Oxford, covering atmospheric physics and climate change. Her Masters project involved building an experimental wind turbine generator, which marked the start of her pursuit of renewable energy solutions. After graduating, she worked in Germany, giving a new perspective on embedding low-carbon living within businesses, policy-makers and households.
Helen commutes by bike and drives an EV – both exhilarating and terrifying!
